Our online shopping system is 100% safe. Your order can be tracked through our system. If you have any special remarks, you can contact us in our Facebook customer service/WhatApps.

When do the company deliver the goods? When can we make an order?

All goods will be shipped before 10am (Monday-Friday) and all orders after 10am will be shipped the next business day. The orders made on Friday before 10am and on weekends (Saturday-Sunday) will be shipped on the following Monday. Ordering service is 24 hours a day, you can place an order every day, after placing an order, our staff will contact you on weekdays.

Delivery Policy

Domestic Delivery:

Purchase online with above RM99 free delivery, below RM99 is RM8 (1-2KG). Every additional 1kg RM2
Goods ordered before 10am will be shipped on the same day.
Next day or 1-7 days delivery for selected outstation area
No delivery on every Saturday, Sunday
No delivery on public holiday & festive season

East Malaysia:

RM20 for first 2kg, subsequent 1kg for RM15
Free delivery if purchase online Happy Grains with above RM99
Remarks: Cut off time for same day delivery to be 10.30am

International Delivery:

Singapore: RM30 for first 2kg, subsequent RM10 for 1kg
For internationals shipments, delivery fee is charged for the parcel only, WE has no control over any customs queries or charges that may arise. Charges must be paid in addition upon request from custom, if not parcel will be disposed and no refund nor return will be given

Refund Policy

Refund will be made either one of the condition is met:

The product is expired after received.

The product is broken or damaged when receive.

The received quantity is different with the ordered quantity.

Order Confirm

You will receive our confirmation reply within 24 hours after the order made. If not, please don't hesitate to contact us by call or WhatsApp.

Cancellation of Order

Your order will be canceled when :
a) We cannot get your confirmation.
b) We do not receive your payment or payment proof within 48 hours after the order made.


Items sold are not exchangeable.

Changes in Order

Any changes pertaining to the order must be made 3 days before the collection date. We reserve the right whether to accept or reject the particular changes request.
